Enjoy in-person, custom plans that can include nutrition and exercise. This is the ultimate service for accountability and transformation.

 

remote program design

This self-led service can include meal planning, food log review, and workout mapping. All custom designed for you.

 

group training/classes

This option is great for a custom yoga class or group nutrition trainings. Gather some friends and invest in your self-care.

Hi! I’m Jessica

I’m more than a personal trainer.

I use my college education in Anatomy, Physiology, Nutrition combined with my certifications in Yoga (ISSA) and Fitness (NASM) to provide you with the best possible solutions. These combinations benefit you, by allowing me to create custom plans. Your needs are unique and so are my services.

As someone who struggled with insecurities and shyness I was so lucky to find fitness.

 

Fitness has allowed me to grow and develop more than just my health and appearance. I found my workouts built me up emotionally as well. I became more self assured, confident, and better balanced in my own head space. Working out gave me physical strength. It also gave me the courage and strength to seek out everything I wanted from life. Fitness was the foundation on which my life’s joy was built.
